Kalmar 1 – Elfsborg 1 (Allsvenskan, April 18, 2013) Pape Diouf put the hosts ahead just before the hour with Lasse Nilsson equalising after 71 minutes. Jon Jonsson was sent off for the visitors in the final minute.

Mjallby 1 – Gefle 0 (Allsvenskan, April 18, 2013) A Kristian Haynes goal after 62 minutes earned Mjallby AIF a 1-0 victory over Gefle.

Norrkoping 1 – Helsingborg 4 (Allsvenskan, April 18, 2013) Two goals in five minutes from Robin Simovic (40) and Walid Atta on the stroke of halftime gave the visitors a clear lead. The game was over as a contest when Alejandro Bedoya struck three minutes after the resumption with Mattias Lindstrom getting a fourth on the hour. Christopher Telo (72) pulled one back but it was a mere consolation.
