The two sides propping up the table in the Championship are set to lock horns in a crunch clash at Bloomfield Road this Saturday, April 15th.
The matchup in question will see Blackpool act as hosts, in a meeting with Wigan Athletic.
Beginning with the former, Blackpool currently find themselves in the midst of a frankly dismal stretch of form.
All told, dating back to late February, the seasiders have been condemned to defeat in seven of their last nine, as well as each of their last four.

Upcoming opponents Wigan Athletic, though, will be equally desperate for a win of their own this weekend.
The Latics are the only side currently trailing Blackpool in the table, having racked up a point fewer from their 41 outings to date.
After looking as though they had turned a corner courtesy of five points from an available nine leading into April, meanwhile, Shaun Maloney’s men have since been brought firmly back down to earth.
First, a trip to Bramall Lane saw Wigan put up an admirable fight, but ultimately come up short en route to a 1-0 defeat.
And this was followed last time out by a 2nd loss on the spin, as a Joel Piroe double guided Swansea City to a comfortable victory at the DW Stadium.
Safe to say, then, that it is do or die time for the Latics, ahead of a last-gasp push for survival.
And yet, we at 101, when all is said and done, are backing the two sides to cancel each other out, come the full-time whistle at Bloomfield Road on Saturday afternoon.
