The defeat leaves them nine points away from safety.

They were also eliminated from the FA Cup on Tuesday losing 2-0 against Man City.

Huddersfield still have a whole host of players missing on Friday.

Ryan Schofield, Pipa, Alex Vallejo, Rolando Aarons and Tino Anjorin all remain sidelined.

Peterborough United team news

Oliver Norburn is back after missing the last three matches due to a suspension.

The loanee duo of Joe Taylor and Callum Morton are both back having been cup-tied.
