Match preview
Two sides in the midst of altogether contrasting spells of recent form are set to lock horns in a Championship clash at Carrow Road on Tuesday, February 14th.
The matchup in question will see Norwich City act as hosts, in a meeting with Hull City.
In scenes which looked not only improbable, but damn near impossible in the not-so-distant past, just a solitary point now separates Norwich and Hull in the Championship table.
This comes as the former continue to struggle for consistency, whilst the latter climb the standings in altogether impressive fashion.
First, a home meeting with table-topping Burnley saw the Canaries thumped by three goals to nil, with another shutout in front of goal last time out having culminated in a disappointing downing at the hands of Bristol City.
Such struggles mean that, all told, David Wagner’s troops have now fallen to defeat in six of their last nine across all competitions, dropping to mid-table in the Championship in the process.

Safe to say, then, that upcoming opponents Hull will no doubt fancy their chances of getting a result at Carrow Road later this evening.
This comes with the Tigers, for their part, having endured an altogether more fruitful time of things of late.
So recently considered contenders for the drop, Liam Rosenior’s men have not only steadied the ship, but turned its direction towards the upper echelons of the table in England’s 2nd tier since club football’s return on the back of the World Cup break.
All told, since early November, Hull have been condemned to defeat in just one of their last ten league fixtures.
And even that came in narrow fashion at the hands of promotion-chasing Sheffield United.
Since, the Tigers have recovered, too, to the tune of seven points from an available nine over the last three weeks.
As alluded to above, should they ultimately go on to get the better of Norwich on Tuesday, Hull will, in turn, leapfrog their hosts in the Championship standings.
And though we at 101 view Rosenior and co. as the more likely of the two sides to emerge with all three points, we are nevertheless backing an eventual stalemate to play out upon the full-time whistle sounding in East Anglia.
