Our recommended bet for Tuesday’s clash at the Madejski Stadium comes in the form of a scoreless draw between Reading and Rotherham United.

A £10 wager for such an outcome will secure you a return of £75 with Betway.

Match preview

A pair of sides separated by just two places in the table are set to lock horns in a Championship clash at the Madejski Stadium on Tuesday, February 14th.

The matchup in question will see Reading act as hosts, in a meeting with Rotherham United.

Starting with the former, Reading have endured an altogether tough time of things of late.

Once in the thick of the promotion playoff picture, the Royals, over the last couple of months, have plummeted to the depths of 18th in the table in England’s 2nd tier.

This stretch includes a frankly embarrassing 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Stoke City and, most recently, a hard-fought loss at the Stadium of Light at the weekend.

Upcoming opponents Rotherham, in turn, may well fancy their chances of departing the Madejski with all three points on Tuesday night.

This comes with the Millers, for their part, having endured a more fruitful time of things of late.

Though they have largely continued to struggle in efforts to carve out victories, Matt Taylor’s men will head into the Championship’s midweek action fresh off a four-game unbeaten streak.

This run, most notably includes a head-turning four-goal drubbing of Blackburn Rovers this time last month.

Also worthy of major credit, though, were draws with promotion hopefuls Sheffield United and Watford, owing in no small part to a new-found defensive solidity at the New York Stadium.

Such efforts, all told, have seen the relegation-threatened Millers put some much-needed breathing room between themselves and the bottom three.

We at 101 therefore envision Rotherham once again proving themselves a tough nut to crack later this evening, backing an eventual sharing of the spoils as the most likely outcome upon the final whistle sounding at the Madejski Stadium.
