Jindřich Trpišovský’s XI will be without many key players, mainly due to injury.
These include first-choice left-back Jan Bořil, midfielder Petr Ševčík and star winger Lukáš Masopust, all of whom would start otherwise.
Meanwhile, Srđan Plavšić is suspended and David Hovorka, David Jurásek, Jakub Hromada and Lukáš Provod have all been left out the UEFA squad.
This leaves them short at the back, so Ondřej Kúdela and Taras Kacharaba will remain the centre-back pairing with Oscar Dorley filling in on the left.
Tomáš Holeš is an option in defence, but was deployed in midfield in Rotterdam.
