Jamaica did reach back-to-back Gold Cup Finals in 2015 and 2017, but now, following an influx of English-born dual-nationals, are dreaming of winning major silverware for the very first time.

Having had an extra day to prepare for this match, Heimir Hallgrímsson could name an unchanged XI, with Javain Brown once again chosen over Dexter Lembikisa at right-back.
