Lille and Brest will meet back in Ligue 1 after the two sides registered 2-0 wins in the French Cup round of 64 last Sunday with the Stade Francis Le Blé set to play hosts to this game where the home side must win in order to get out of the bottom four.

Lille returned to competitive action with a 2-0 win over Clermont Foot in Ligue 1, as Angel Gomes scored a rare goal from the penalty spot, while Mohamed Bayo netted in the 94th minute.

As for Brest, they beat Avranches 2-0 away from home in the French Cup to register their first win since the World Cup, with Eric Roy’s men losing to Lyon and Monaco in Ligue 1 after the finals in Qatar.
