Captain Quinten Timber is suspended, having been booked in both group games, which is a major blow.
Wouter Burger could come into midfield, alongside Ryan Gravenberch, with Crysencio Summerville continuing to support Brian Brobbey in attack.

Ramaz Svanadze did change a winning team for the Belgium game, with Giorgi Mamardashvili returning in goal, Irakli Azarovi coming in at left-back and Zuriko Davitashvili got the nod out-wide.
All three had featured for the senior team in Glasgow on Tuesday, so were unavailable for the Group A opener less than 24 hours later.
