The Gunners had a solid 2022/23 season, which will see them finish second in the league – a major improvement on their 5th, 8th and 8th place finishes in the previous three campaigns.

However, the Gunners now have the task of competing with Manchester City at the highest level.

This will require fresh faces coming in this summer to improve the overall quality of Arsenal’s squad.

The likes of Moises Caicedo and Declan Rice have been heavily touted to make the move to north London.

But with such players expected to cost north of £80m each this summer, Arsenal will need to sell some players in order to fund player signings.

And now, the Mirror have published a report listing eight Arsenal players who could leave in the summer.

The remaining seven players are Kieran Tierney, Emile Smith Rowe, Reiss Nelson, Folarin Balogun, Nicolas Pepe, Cedric Soares and Pablo Mari – the latter of which has already agreed to join Monza in a permanent deal this summer.
