Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing the Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch at the end of the season.

According to Florian Plettenberg, Arsenal are keeping tabs on the midfielder’s situation and they could look to make a move for him at the end of the season.

It is added that Gravenberch is likely to get more game time at the north London club next season.

The 20-year-old Dutchman joined Bayern at the start of the season in a deal worth around €25m but he has found it difficult to hold down a regular starting spot under Julian Nagelsmann and Thomas Tuchel.

Gravenberch has made 17 Bundesliga appearances so far this season, but none of those have lasted 90 minutes. In fact, he has notched just 323 minutes of league action so far this term. And given he still needs to develop as a player, it would be smart for Gravenberch to move clubs next season.

In terms of a transfer fee, Bayern Munich paid €25m for the talented youngster and they will be looking to recoup most of it if Arsenal comes calling in the summer.

The Dutchman has also previously been likened to a ‘better version of Paul Pogba’
