An updated table, showcasing the most successful clubs in the history of English football, has come to the fore late on Saturday evening.
This comes after Manchester City were confirmed as the Premier League champions for 2022/23.
Owing to Arsenal’s shock defeat at the hands of Nottingham Forest, Mikel Arteta’s troops can no longer mathematically catch the table-topping Citizens.
Pep Guardiola’s City, as a result, have been crowned England’s finest for the fifth time in six seasons.

And, in the process, the Citizens have continued to hunt down the nation’s finest in the history books.
City, all told, have now racked up a total of 24 trophies across the club’s existence.
With Guardiola and co. still in the running for both the Champions League and FA Cup, though, come the season’s close, they may well have leapfrogged Chelsea into 4th.
Liverpool, meanwhile, lead the way, ahead of Manchester United, and Arsenal.
Congratulations to Manchester City on their fifth Premier League title in six years.
And kudos to superfan Sheikh Mansour (one visit to his beloved club in 15 years), and to his unbelievable commercial department.
