Declan Rice has been linked with Arsenal for some time now. The England international has seemingly outgrown West Ham and a summer move looks to be on the cards.

Fees between £100m-120m have been floated for Rice and whilst that is a lot of money, Rice would be a superb addition to the spine of Arsenal’s side and could easily spend the 10 years at his next club if he wished to do so.

And now, as per Football Insider, Declan Rice has told friends he has played his last league match for West Ham.

West Ham have a Europa Conference League final to look forward to vs Fiorentina on June 7 and it is believed that his plan is for that match to be his swansong in east London.

In a further boost to Arsenal, FI add that despite interest from overseas, including from Bundesliga winners Bayern Munich, Rice wants to stay in the English top flight and preferably in London.

This points to an Arsenal or Chelsea switch and as Chelsea have no European football next term, the Gunners should have the advantage.
