Arsenal are looking to add more quality to their attack and they have identified Allan Saint-Maximin as a potential target.
According to a report from Spanish outlet Fichajes, Mikel Arteta is looking to add more flair and creativity in the wide areas and he could look to make a move for the 26-year-old.
It is added that the Gunners would be willing to pay close to €30m for the Newcastle star. But it remains to be seen whether Newcastle are prepared to let him leave at the end of the season.
Saint Maximum generally grabs the headlines a few times a season following a superb showing vs someone like Manchester City.
However, the Frenchman can be fairly inconsistent. Before his hamstring injury, ASM provided two assists in his last two Premier League outings.
But in his 11 league outings before that, he did not manage a single goal contribution.
But if they can sign someone like Saint-Maximum for €30m, he would be a great option to come off the bench and try and break teams down.
