Belgian international Aster Vranckx is edging closer to a return to the Low Countries as Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven have agreed to personal terms with the VfL Wolfsburg midfielder.
Per Fabrizio Romano, Boeren has already made an offer of €12m plus add-ons, which has been accepted by Die Wölfe, while both clubs are said to be in final negotiations before his summer departure. Vranckx has reportedly also already agreed to personal terms surrounding a move to Philips Stadion.

The 20-year-old Kortenberg-born Vranckx was once billed as one of the top talents of the future for Belgium but has struggled to cement himself after first shining for Jupiler Pro outfit K.V. Mechelen.
After his arrival at Volkswagen Arena in the summer of 2021, he left on loan to Serie A giants AC Milan one year later despite featuring 28 times for the Bundesliga outfit, while his loan spell in Lombardy fell massively short of expectations, with Vranckx only featuring 10 times across all competitions.
Having failed to make the grade at San Siro, Milan opted to pass on their option to buy the midfielder outright, which undoubtedly was mitigated by Milan’s moves in the current window that saw them add Tijjani Reijnders, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and Yunus Musah into the fold at Casa Milan.
With PSV lacking depth in the center of the park despite the talents of midfield duo Ibrahima Sangaré and Joey Veerman, Vranckx’s move to the Eredivisie outfit could be just the right landing spot to rejuvenate what is still a young career.
