Arsenal face off with Thomas Frank’s Brentford at 12 pm this coming Sunday. The game was supposed to take place at 2, but has been moved forward two hours.

Arsenal head into the weekend’s action sat top of the Premier League with 15 points to their name from six outings.

The Gunners won their opening five league games of 2022/23, but were bested by Manchester United in their last league outing.

Now, it will be interesting to see how the north Londoners fare against Brentford as, unlike the five teams Arsenal have beat in the Premier League this campaign, the Bees are a decent side.

Brentford are ninth in the division and have smashed Manchester United 4-0 this term, whilst Ivan Toney is in top form and recently earned himself an England call-up.

Ahead of the game, Thomas Frank has been speaking about Martin Odegaard. The midfielder has had an excellent start to 2022/23 after taking up the captain’s armband for the Gunners.

“I know Saliba came back, Jesus has been a fantastic signing,” Frank said. “And I think Odegaard, the way he plays at this moment in time, De Bruyne is a decent player, but he’s not far off him in terms of performances.”
