The Red Devils began their summer spending by agreeing a deal to sign England midfielder Mason Mount from Chelsea on a five-year contract for £55m, plus £5m in add-ons.
They then completed the £47.2m signing of goalkeeper Andre Onana from Inter Milan last month.
Their latest bit of business saw them snap up Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta for an initial £64m plus £8m in add-ons.
But when speaking to the media recently, Erik ten Hag suggested that Manchester United could still look to improve their team but he is also confident the Red Devils can reach their targets with the current group of players:
“Our squad is covered, all the positions are covered but we’re Manchester United, we’re always looking for improvement and when there’s an opportunity we will strike,” Ten Hag told a press conference on Friday.
“We are always looking for opportunities [although] I think we have a good squad, with this squad we are convinced we can go for our targets.”
