A long-time member of the first-team setup at Premier League outfit Everton has come to the decision to find a new club, it has been confirmed.
The Toffees star in question? Tom Davies.
Midfielder Davies has been on the books on the blue half of Merseyside since all the way back in 2009.
Afforded his first-team bow six years later, the now-24-year-old has since gone on to rack up over 150 league appearances in Everton colours.
This past season, however, proved a largely disappointing one. All told, Davies notched appearances in only half of the Toffees’ fixtures, including just four starts.

In turn, it may not come as a massive surprise to hear that, with further engine room reinforcements expected at Goodison Park this summer, the Liverpool native has come to the decision to move on.
‘Tom Davies will leave Everton when his current contract expires at the end of this month.’
This comes after the former England youth international came to the decision to turn down the offer of fresh terms on Merseyside, no doubt in a bid to seek out more regular playing time elsewhere.

Thank you and best of luck, Tom! 🔵
