Fulham are closing in on a deal to sign Daniel James from Leeds United.
Tottenham Hotspur had been trying to get him, however, the Cottagers have stolen a march on them.
The Welsh forward is expected to join the west London club on loan

Fulham look to have beaten several Premier League clubs to the signing of Daniel James.
The winger’s preferred destination is understood to have been Craven Cottage.
Spurs had been trying for the winger, however, doubts over game time put him off, as per Sky Sports.
Bamba Dieng is being signed from Olympique Marseille for a deal worth around €10 million.
