Harry Kane’s future at Tottenham has been subject to much speculation for several years.

After a failed Manchester City switch, Kane signed a new Spurs deal and continued on with the north London club.

However, Kane now has just one year left on his current contract and unless Tottenham want to lose him for free next year, they have to sell him this summer.

With Manchester City having now signed Erling Haaland, there are two teams circling Kane this summer.

The first is Manchester United, who have been without a quality no.9 for several seasons now.

Wout Weghorst has returned to Burnley following a poor loan spell, leaving the injury-prone Anthony Martial as the Red Devils’ only recognised striker.

And whilst Madrid is likely a more attractive option for most players, Football Transfers report that Harry Kane has decided that he wants to join Manchester United instead of Chelsea or Real Madrid, and is prepared to leave Tottenham for the Red Devils on a free transfer in 2024 if he is not sold this summer.
