Leeds United have, on Friday, announced the departure of yet another member of the club’s first-team setup.

The subject of outgoings, of course, has taken its place front and centre in the headlines at Elland Road across the summer to date.

This comes as a host of Whites stars continue to seek out exits, on the back of the club’s shock relegation back to The Championship.

To this point, all of Brenden Aaronson, Robin Koch, Rodrigo, Tyler Roberts, Adam Forshaw, Joel Robles, and Weston McKennie, in one form or another, have called time on their respective stints in west Yorkshire.

And, as alluded to above, on Friday evening, the exodus from incoming boss Daniel Farke’s squad has only continued.

The latest player to have moved on? Rasmus Kristensen.

The transfer comes in the form of a season-long loan. It is currently unclear whether Roma boast the option to make the move a permanent one.

‘Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen has today joined AS Roma on loan for the 2023/24 season.

‘We would like to wish Rasmus all the best during his time in the Italian Serie A,’ the Whites announced.
