Bellingham joined Dortmund in 2020 from Birmingham and has since proven himself as one of the best young talents in world football.
The 19-year-old has put on countless displays well beyond his years, including on several occasions in the Champions League.
Bellingham is an excellent box-to-box option and would likely fit perfectly into most Premier League midfields.
However, after already selling Erling Haaland to Manchester City this summer, BVB did not want to let another top star go, with Bellingham staying put this year.
But when the 2023 summer transfer window rolls around, there is expected to be a fight to land the former Birmingham man.
And now, The Athletic have provided an insight into Bellingham’s future.
Should he not pen new terms though and look for a move away, Dortmund are adamant he is valued at around €150m, which would make him the most expensive British footballer in history.
And unlike Erling Haaland, there is currently no release clause in Bellingham’s contract, which is probably not the best news for potential suitors.
All of Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid are interested in the youngster.
However, given Real Madrid recently signed Eduardo Camavinga and Aurélien Tchouaméni, they probably need Bellingham the least of those clubs.
Chelsea, meanwhile, need to replace N’Golo Kante and Jorginho, whilst Liverpool are crying out for a midfielder to replace the ageing Jordan Henderson and James Milner.
