Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing PSG defender Achraf Hakimi at the end of the season.
A report from Football Insider claims that the French outfit are prepared to accept an offer of around £50-60m for the Moroccan international during the summer transfer window.
Hakimi has been a solid option for PSG since his move from Inter Milan. However, given the fairly steep price-tag, Manchester United and Chelsea may be better served looking elsewhere.
Hakimi first caught people’s attention when he was plying his trade with Borussia Dortmund. The 24-year-old excelled in a right-wing-back role, where he scored 12 and assisted 17 in 73.
His spell at Inter was even more productive, netting seven and assisting 11 in 45, whilst once again being used as a RWB.
Since he moved to PSG, though, Hakimi’s goal contributions have decreased somewhat. He has scored eight and assisted 11 in 77.
