According to Spanish outlet Sport, Manchester United remain in the running to sign talented 21-year-old right-back Vanderson this summer.
Barcelona have an interest but would need to make sure it was financially viable.
The report adds that AS Monaco are willing to sell the Brazilian full-back, which should make things that bit easier for both United and Barca.
Vanderson joined Monaco from Gremio in January of 2022 for €11m.
He has gone on to feature 57 times for the French outfit, scoring three and assisting eight in the process.
No potential transfer fee is mentioned in the report, but as Vanderson is 21 and under contract with Monaco until 2027, he is unlikely to come cheap.
AWB has improved in recent months but Diogo Dalot is a better option and can also operate at left-back, which he has done on a number of occasions following the injuries to Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane.
