Burnley have tabled an opening offer for Arsenal target Sacha Boey, according to reports coming out of France.
The 22-year-old Frenchman, yet to be capped at senior level, has caught the eye this season in his 29 outings for Galatasaray, grabbing a goal and an assist from right back as he has helped his side plot their course towards another Turkish league title.
Having seen a move to Lyon break down in January, Boey is almost certain to leave the Turkish side this summer, and even changed agents to make a move happen amid interest from the Premier League.
It had been reported that the Gunners had made a move for his services earlier in the transfer window, however that amounted to nothing and links with the Premier League giants have since gone quiet.

Now it is Premier League newcomers Burnley that are thought to be keen on bringing the Frenchman to the English top flight this summer.
According to reports coming out of France, ‘Burnley have now made concrete advances to sign the former youth international’ and ‘a bid has been submitted to Galatasaray’.
Arsenal are thought to still be on the hunt for a right-back despite the arrival of Jurrien Timber, but their focus is on departures as things stand with Mikel Arteta having labelled his bloated squad ‘unsustainable’ last week.
It remains to be seen whether the risk of losing Boey to a Premier League rival is set to change that, but having shelled out over £200m already this summer, it may be someone that the Gunners see head elsewhere.
