Arsenal look to have finally made significant progress over a deal to sign Mykhailo Mudryk.

Reports from Ukraine late last night suggest the deal is now down to just the final details.

The Gunners have been working for weeks over this signing and the finish line now looks to be in sight.

Mudryk to Arsenal is finally close

According to Sport Arena, Arsenal and Shakhtar Donetsk are close to agreeing on the full amount of the transfer, which includes the base payment and bonuses.

The two clubs are now discussing the percentage of guaranteed payment and bonuses for the Ukrainian.

The Gunners want at least 30 percent of the final fee to be made up of bonuses, whilst Shakhtar are demanding a maximum of 20 percent.

Other reports this morning also suggest that the Ukrainian club have finally shown signs of cracking over their demands for the 21-year-old.

So with the player having already agreed to the move and just bonuses left to agree, Mikel Arteta looks set to finally get his man this month.
