The Julen Lopetegui era is underway at Molineux and the first move Wolves are trying to make is to sign a forward.
The Midlands club have been looking at Atlético Madrid forward Matheus Cunha and have been in talks over a deal.
Now they look to have made significant progress over a deal and it looks like they will get their man.
Wolves one step away from Matheus Cunha deal

Wolves are one step away from signing Matheus Cunha, according to Matteo Moretto.
Wolves and Atlético are now putting together the final touches on a deal and tomorrow is expected to be a key day for the deal.
The deal is expected to be either a permanent transfer or a loan with an obligation to buy.
Cunha has struggled to have the desired impact at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The forward has just 15 goal contributions in 54 appearances for the Spanish club.
This season the 23-year-old has started just twice for Atlético and is clearly an expendable player for Diego Simeone.
Hertha will no doubt be looking to their star Brazilian for some derby magic tonight 🇧🇷🧙♂️
