Tottenham have 100% agreed personal terms with David Raya, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Spurs and Brentford are now discussing a final fee for the goalkeeper.
The Bees had reportedly been demanding £40 million for him but Spurs were unwilling to that high.
The 27-year-old is also out of contract next summer and has told Brentford there is no chance that he will renew his deal.
Raya enjoyed an excellent season with Brentford having made the most saves (154), the highest save percentage (77%) and keeping 12 clean sheets.
