Tottenham close in on third and fourth summer signings

Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on signings number three and four for the summer.

Spurs are moving quickly to back new boss Ange Postecoglou with James Maddison and Guglielmo Vicario already signed.

Now, two new players are also close to joining…

Manor Solomon medical booked

Manor Solomon’s medical with Tottenham has been booked for Thursday, as per Fabrizio Romano.

The winger will sign a five-year contract with the club and joins on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk.

The 23-year-old scored five goals in 19 Premier League games whilst on loan at Fulham last season.

Micky van de Ven agreement close

Having conceded 63 goals in the league last season, defenders are a must.

Spurs and Wolfsburg are in advanced talks over a deal for Micky van de Ven, according to the Athletic.

A deal is expected to be done for around £30 million and personal terms will not be an issue.

Fabrizio Romano also reports that van de Ven has informed the German club of his strong desire to join Spurs.
