Netherlands and Inter Milan star Denzel Dumfries has, late on Saturday, responded to suggestions that he could make the move to England with Chelsea over the coming months.
The name of wing-back Dumfries, of course, took its place front and centre in the headlines earlier this evening.
This came owing to a remarkable display for his country, in their latest outing at the Qatar World Cup.
En route to a 3-1 downing of the United States of America, Dumfries, from his berth on the right, directly contributed to all three goals courtesy of a pair of assists, as well as a goal of his own.

Speaking after being rewarded for his efforts at the Khalifa International Stadium with the Man of the Match award, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his club future was put to Dumfries himself.
For those not aware, the 26-year-old was hotly tipped for an Inter Milan exit this past summer.
Drawn on the possibility of linking up with the former in January, though, Dumfries was keen to reiterate his commitment to the Inter Milan cause:
