Hibernian vs Dundee match preview
It would appear as though Nick Montgomery has completely turned Hibernian’s fortunes around, so can they complete the perfect week?
Last weekend, Hibs beat St Johnstone 2-0 in Leith, Lewis Miller and Dylan Vente on target, a result that saw them climb up to fifth in the Premiership table.
Then, on Wednesday night, the Hibees battled past St Mirren to reach the League Cup semi-finals.
Élie Youan and Vente on target, before two late Martin Boyle goals secured the 4-2 win; they’ll face Aberdeen at Hampden in November.
Overall, Hibs are now unbeaten in four games, winning three of them, confident of continuing that streak here.
Dundee meantime held Kilmarnock to a 2-2 draw at Dens Park last Saturday, despite playing for over an hour with ten-men, after Josh Mulligan was sent off.
Tony Docherty’s team have only won once in the Premiership so far, although three draws are keeping them above the bottom two.
Here though, Hibs are likely to make home advantage count at Easter Road.
