Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has, on Thursday evening, provided updates on the wellbeing of Antony and Luke Shaw.
This comes after both players were forced to limp out of the Red Devils’ Premier League meeting with Chelsea.
En route to a 4-1 rout, wide-man Antony was first to depart, stretchered off in evident pain, on the back of a hard but fair challenge on the part of Trevoh Chalobah.

Shaw then followed suit at the interval, hauled off for Tyrell Malacia, sparking fears of a 2nd United injury blow of the evening.
Speaking to the media post-match, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of the fitness of two important members of his squad was put to Erik ten Hag.
This comes as the Red Devils prepare for an FA Cup final showdown with Manchester neighbours City early next month.
Both the former Ajax man and Shaw, in turn, will undergo medical tests on Friday, at which point the extent of their respective issues will become clearer.
Ten Hag on injuries: “We have to wait. With Antony it looks serious but we don’t know what it is. With Shaw, we have to wait a bit as well. We’ll know more tomorrow.” #mufc
