Manchester City star Erling Haaland has, on Saturday, etched his name ever further into the history books of English football.
The name of Norwegian sensation Haaland, of course, has taken its place front and centre in the headlines over the course of the last couple of weeks.
This comes after the summer arrival at the Etihad added to his haul of three goals in three league appearances in the most head-turning manner imaginable.
First up came a hat-trick during a meeting with Crystal Palace, before Haaland was at the treble AGAIN just four days later, against Nottingham Forest.

Evidently, though, Man City’s prolific new frontman is far from ready to rest on his laurels.
Pep Guardiola’s troops are of course locked in action at present, eyeing a place back clear of Arsenal at the Premier League’s summit courtesy of a win over Aston Villa.
This comes after that man Haaland opened the scoring at Villa Park, getting on the end of Kevin De Bruyne’s delicious delivery from the right to slot home from close range:

And, in the process, the 22-year-old secured for himself a fresh piece of Premier League history.
As per statisticians Opta, with time to spare at Villa Park, Haaland has equalled Mick Quinn as the fastest player ever to 10 Premier League goals.
