Antonio Conte has issued a warning to Heung-min Son and his other attackers about his plans to rotate them.

Whilst the South Korean is a key player for Tottenham, his form has been well off over recent weeks.

The 30-year-old is yet to score this season and Conte has been asked whether he plans to drop him.

Conte: “All the players have to accept that rotation is part of this aspect”

Conte has warned his Tottenham players that they must accept that top clubs have big squads and rotation happens.

The Italian also admitted that he wants to break the habit at Spurs where certain players expect to be starting every match.

Conte said: “All the players have to accept that rotation is part of this aspect.

“I have to take the best decision, sometimes for the players.

“Sometimes it’s better to come in for 20-30 minutes for them.

“I’m here to change the habit. The habit was that the players were used to playing all the time. Big clubs have a big squad.

“At the moment we don’t have a big squad but we have just started this process.”

The Kane, Son, Kulusevski and Richarlison dilemma

He faces the welcomed dilemma of having to pick his front three from Kane, Son, Kulusevski and Richarlison.

Richarlison’s arrival in the summer looks to have left him with some real thinking to do with the Brazilian making a strong start to life in north London.

He netted a brace against Olympique de Marseille as Spurs won 2-0 in their Champions League opener.
