Everton play host to managerless Tottenham as the pair return to action over an action packed international break off the pitch for both sides.
Spurs sacked manager Antonio Conte, before Director of Football Fabio Paratici was banned from football related activity Worldwide for 30 months for his role in Juventus’ latest scandal, with his initial ban having only covered Italy.
Meanwhile, Everton are subject to an FFP investigation for ‘an alleged breach of the Premier League’s profitability and sustainability rules’.
Both sides will be keen to get back to on the pitch matters as soon as possible, with the pair still uncertain of how the end of their Premier League seasons will pan out.
The Toffees currently sit 15th in the Premier League, but are just two points above the drop zone and will be relying on the Goodison crowd to push them towards safety, including on Monday night.
They will be hoping to take advantage of the uncertainty and toxicity mirrored in the visiting Spurs side to claim a vital three points in their quest for survival, with a win potentially taking them five points clear of danger.

Team News
Everton’s biggest issue continues to be striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who has once again been ruled out of this clash after picking up yet another injury this season, Dyche confirmed.
“He hasn’t trained with the group but he’s back on the grass so he’s making progress, which is good”, the Everton boss explained.
“He did have that tiny niggle in a slightly different area but he’s making very good progress so we are happy with that at the moment.
“No timescale and I don’t do that anyway, certainly when we are trying to get him back to full fitness, or as close to.”
Also absent will be Andros Townsend, who continues to recover from a knee injury. However, there is a welcome return for Nathan Patterson, with the Scottish defender having recovered from injury over the international break.
