Manchester United got their form firmly back on track this evening, at the expense of a plucky Everton outfit.
The Red Devils, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
On the back of a 6-3 drubbing at the hands of city rivals Man City in the club’s return to action last weekend, Erik ten Hag’s troops made the trip to Goodison Park, eyeing a return to winning ways in a meeting with Frank Lampard’s Everton.

Ten Hag’s visitors, in turn, held on over the course of the 2nd-half, to ultimately emerge on the right side of a 2-1 scoreline.
United have as a result climbed to 5th in England’s top-flight, with Everton, on the other hand, stuck in 12th.
