Chelsea and Thomas Tuchel are preparing a second bid for Everton forward Anthony Gordon as they look to bolster their frontline.
The Blues have already seen their first bid for the 21 year old Englishman turned down, with Everton rejecting a £43m offer from the London club over the weekend. #
Frank Lampard and co. have already seen off interest from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, with the Toffees standing firm on their £50m price-tag for the forward. Now, however, the Times report that another bid could be forthcoming from the Blues.

‘Chelsea are understood to be ready to test that position with another offer for the forward that could reach £50 million’, they claim.
Alternatively, the club could look to include players in the deal, with Everton thought to be keen on plenty of Chelsea’s players. Conor Gallagher, Armando Broja and Billy Gilmour have all been subject to interest from Frank Lampard’s side this summer.
Whether or not they will be able to reach a compromise over the sale of Gordon is another matter, with the Toffees having already sold Richarlison to Tottenham this summer.

Chelsea could use Marcos Alonso as part of any deal, with the Spaniard in talks to join Barcelona. Should they be able to add Gordon and Aubameyang to their attack in place of the departed Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku, Tuchel could finally have his desired revamp.
