Jack Grealish could be on his way out of Manchester City just two years after breaking the British transfer record upon arriving in the north-west, according to a report in 90min.
The Englishman struggled in his first season with the club, and came under heavy fire for his recent performance against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, though he was excellent in their subsequent game against Wolves in the English top flight.

“I probably have to thank him because he gave me the opportunity today after my performance on Wednesday, which probably wasn’t the best”, Grealish explained after the game.
“Certainly [I’ve been criticized]. I should be scoring more and getting more assists. All I can do now is score and get assists. I’ll always have people talking about me because of the amount I was bought [for]”.

Grealish to leave this summer?
However, in a shock twist, the Englishman could be set to depart the Etihad this summer, with 90min reporting that he “has told those close to him that he does not expect to remain at the club beyond next summer and has already asked his agent to search for potential suitors.”
While the 27-year-old has perhaps not had the best return since he began his Manchester City career, he is under contract until 2027 which, combined with the hefty fee that the club splashed out on the winger only 14 months ago, could make a departure very difficult even if one was wanted.
