Williams played 90 minutes as his side fell to a 1-0 defeat to Blackburn Rovers, before he was handed another 68 minutes as they scraped a 1-0 win over Huddersfield Town.
Tyler Morton (Blackburn Rovers)
Morton helped Blackburn to victory over Williams’ side in midweek, playing 90 minutes in the heart of midfield. He was handed a third consecutive start against Bristol City, but could not prevent his side slipping to a 3-2 defeat.
Conor Bradley (Bolton Wanderers)
Bradley enjoyed a fine afternoon as his side came back from a goal down to beat Charlton Athletic 3-1. The youngster grabbed the first goal (amid suspicions of handball) before turning provider for the second goal, sweeping in a low pass that was turned home.
The result lifted the Wanderers to 8th in League One.
James Balagizi (Crawley Town)
Adam Lewis (Newport County)
Adam Lewis was not in the Newport squad for their 2-0 defeat to Grimsby Town.
Leighton Clarkson (Aberdeen)
Clarkson managed just under 70 minutes for Aberdeen as they were held to a draw by Ross County, but could not really influence proceedings.
