Chelsea are planning to make a strong move to sign Rafael Leão in January, according to CalcioMercato.
The Blues made a big push to sign him in the final two weeks of the summer window and are now ready to return.
The forward looked impressive in both games against them which will have only reaffirmed their desire to bring him to the English capital.
Chelsea and Milan have a good relationship which is likely to be a factor in any further negotiations.
The 23-year-old also has a €150 million release clause which will need to be taken into consideration.
