Elliott joined Liverpool from Fulham in 2019 at aged 16.

He then spent a year out on loan in the Championship with Blackburn before returning to Anfield in 2021.

Elliott has since gone on to become a regular future for the Reds.

And whilst his 2021/22 season was hampered by injury, Elliott has still made 42 appearances for Liverpool.

Now, when asked about his ambitions moving forward, Elliott stated that he wants to stay at Liverpool for the rest of his career:

“It’s to stay here for the rest of my career,” he said. “Whether that is as a player, or a coach, or whatever it is – a mentor to the younger ones. I just want to be at Liverpool for the rest of my life. It feels like home now all of my family have moved up with me.

On playing at Anfield as a Liverpool fan, Elliott added: “There’s no better place to be. It feels like my second home, to say the least, and every time I come here it’s always a buzz whether it was a fan, or as a player now. It gets better and better every time you see it.

Still to this day I am living my dream and still dreaming out my dream. Every night I go to sleep the happiest kid in the world, and I wake up the happiest kid in the world. To be able to do what I’m doing in life and knowing I’m making my family proud – it’s the best time in my life for me, I’m just happy I can be doing it.”
