Arsenal transfer target David Raya was spotted among the Gunners fans at Wembley Stadium alongside Brentford teammate Vitaly Janelt as a move to the north London side grows closer.
The Spaniard is expected to leave Brentford this summer and a move to Arsenal has been discussed, with the Gunners having seen one bid already turned down for his services but expected to ramp up their efforts when current no.2 goalkeeper Matt Turner joins Nottingham Forest, with the USMNT shot-stopper in the midlands for a medical today.
Personal terms between Raya and Arsenal are not thought to be a problem, with Raya keen to make the move and provide competition for current Gunners no.1 Aaron Ramsdale.
Now, Raya himself has given the biggest hint that a deal is close to completion, attending the Community Shield tie between the Gunners and Manchester City alongside current teammate Janelt.

Spotted by Arsenal fans sat around him, he watched his potential new side clinch the first silverware of the season thanks to a late deflected strike to level the game, before a save by Aaron Ramsdale helped them edge out Pep Guardiola’s side on a penalty shoot out.
Kevin De Bruyne missed from the spot, while Aaron Ramsdale saved an effort from Rodri and Fabio Vieira found the top corner to win the clash 4-1 on penalties for the Gunners.
