Bayern Munich star Marcel Sabitzer has, on Thursday, provided his response to media links with Spanish giants Barcelona.
For those not aware, the name of midfielder Sabitzer has taken its place front and centre in the headlines in Catalunya’s capital over the course of the last 24 hours.
This comes after claims began to surface that the Austrian international had been offered up as a summer signing to Barcelona.
It is of course common knowledge that the powers that be at the Camp Nou are on the lookout for reinforcements in the middle of the park, on the back of the departure of long-time stalwart Sergio Busquets.
To this point, however, the endeavours of Joan Laporta and co. have failed to bear fruit.
In turn, according to Diario Sport, the entourage of the aforementioned Sabitzer this week offered up their client as a potential solution.

And one individual who would seemingly be in favour of the former RB Leipzig standout taking his talents to Barcelona this summer comes in the form of none other than Sabitzer himself.
Taking to social media to respond to speculation linking him with Xavi Hernandez’s side, the 29-year-old hinted at his openness to such a move, in responding:
“Hello, how are you?”
