Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has, on Friday, provided updates on the wellbeing of three crucial members of his first-team setup.
The season to date has of course proven far from kind to Liverpool when it comes to personnel.
Amid a major drop-off in performance across the board, the Reds have seen a host of members of boss Klopp’s squad forced into spells on the treatment table.
To this point, the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Thiago Alcantara, Jordan Henderson, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino have all been unavailable for selection at one point or another.

Speaking to the media ahead of his side’s FA Cup trip to Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of injury woes was put to Liverpool’s headmaster.
Specifically, Klopp was drawn on the recovery paths of sidelined trio Van Dijk, Jota, and Firmino.
