Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has, on Friday, provided a fresh insight into the club’s plans for the summer transfer window.
The subject of reinforcements, of course, has taken its place front and centre on the red half of Merseyside across the season to date.
This comes amid widespread calls for the club’s boss to be backed in the transfer market, amid the big spending endeavours of the rest of the Premier League’s elite.
Liverpool’s midfield ranks in particular have singled out time and time again as being in need of fresh blood, amid struggles for form and fitness alike on the part of Fabinho, Naby Keita and more.

In turn, a whole host of high-profile names have been tipped as potential additions to not only Klopp’s engine room, but his Liverpool squad as a whole.
And, speaking on Friday, the German tactician appeared to reiterate once more that arrivals at Anfield will indeed be forthcoming ahead of next season.
Drawn on his commitment to the cause on Merseyside, meanwhile, Klopp was once more unwavering in his response, in confirming that:
‘I’m now here at Liverpool – I am exactly in the place where I want to be. Yes, I am exactly in the place where I want to be.’
