Manchester United are set to be without a pair of key performers, when they take to the pitch to face Arsenal on Sunday evening.
The Red Devils, of course, are primed to play their part in the headline fixture of the Premier League weekend in just shy of 24 hours’ time.
After clawing their way back into the top-4, Erik ten Hag’s troops will make the trip to the Emirates Stadium, for a showdown with Mikel Arteta’s tabele-topping Arsenal.
Should they ultimately emerge triumphant from the clash, then United will go a long way towards keeping alive any feint remaining hopes of mounting a title charge over the 2nd half of the campaign.
Such efforts, however, as alluded to above, are set to come with two high-profile members of his squad not at the disposal of boss Erik ten Hag.
This comes after the Manchester United squad to have boarded the train to London was unveiled.
There had been hope that the duo, after both missing out against Crystal Palace in midweek, would recover fitness in time to return to the fray at the Emirates.
Evidently, however, this has not proven the case.
Also missing from the Red Devils’ ranks, as expected, was Jadon Sancho.
Manchester United’s travelling squad in full is showcased below:
De Gea, Heaton, Butland, Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Martinez, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Malacia, McTominay, Mainoo, Fred, Eriksen, Fernandes, Elanga, Antony, Pellistri, Garnacho, Rashford, Weghorst
