Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, on Friday night, etched his name ever further into the history books of world football.
For those who may have missed it, Mbappe, and PSG, were back in action a short time ago.
On the back of a hit-and-miss start to the campaign, the capital giants welcomed OGC Nice to the Parc des Princes, eyeing a third Ligue 1 victory on the spin.
When all was said and done, however, Luis Enrique’s troops were condemned to a concerning defeat.
Owing to a brace from Terem Moffi, either side of Gaetan Laborde’s finish early in the 2nd-half, Nice battled to the right side of a 3-2 result.
On an otherwise dismal night for PSG, though, one player who nevertheless stood tall comes in the form of the aforementioned Kylian Mbappe.

And, as alluded to above, in the process, Mbappe, once more, made history.
As revealed in the aftermath of Friday night’s action, the 24-year-old has established himself as just the third player, after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, to notch at least one direct goal contribution in 15 consecutive matches:
