France and Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe has, late on Friday, continued to etch his name indellibly into the nation’s history books.
For those not aware, France, and Mbappe, are currently locked in action.
In the country’s first outing since missing out on a 2nd successive World Cup triumph in heartbreaking fashion late last year, Didier Deschamps’ troops have kicked their qualification campaign for the European Championships into gear, in a highly-anticipated showdown with the Netherlands.
And, to this point in proceedings at the Stade de France, Ronald Koeman’s visitors have proven absolutely no match for their scintillating hosts.
Owing to an explosive opening 20 minutes on Friday night, France are currently in possession of a three-goal advantage.
Antoine Griezmann kicked the scoring into gear inside 120 seconds, before Dayot Upamecano made it two a short time later.
