Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has been the latest star to be offered a mega money move to Saudi Arabia as he weighs up his future this summer.

Currently on loan at Inter Milan, the Belgian is keen to stay with the Italian side beyond this season, where he has managed 14 goals across the campaign and racked up a further six assists, helping them reach a Champions League final in the process where they fell to a narrow 1-0 defeat to Manchester City.

In his absence, Chelsea have changed hands several times and it is unclear whether or not Mauricio Pochettino would be willing to welcome him back into the field. Another loan with Inter is a possibility, but it may require a significant fee with the Blues keen to recoup the £100m that they paid for the Belgian less than two years ago.

There could be another option too, with the 30-year-old the latest reportedly targetted by the Saudi Arabia recruitment drive this summer. As per Goal.com, talks have been had between Lukaku and Al-Hilal, who were attempting to sign Lionel Messi earlier in the summer.

They are said to have offered Lukaku a two year deal worth 50m euros, almost 500,000 euros per week, for the striker to make the move to the middle east this summer, though there has been no mention of the fee which would be required to persuade Chelsea to part with him.

He becomes the fourth Chelsea star to be targetted by the mega-rich Saudi top-flight, with N’Golo Kante closing in on a deal to sign for Al-Ittihad as a free agent. They have also made contact with Kaldiou Koulibaly and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as they look to make their league one of the best in world football following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo in January.
