A fresh insight into the future of Tottenham Hotspur talisman Harry Kane has been provided late on Friday evening.
And the news is no doubt set to come as a major source of concern for all of a Lilywhites persuasion.
This comes as a direct Premier League rival set their sights firmly on Kane’s signature ahead of next season.
The outfit in question? Manchester United.
As per a report from transfer expert Sami Mokbel of the Daily Mail, Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag has identified the addition of a new centre-forward as a priority this summer, with Kane amongst the preferred targets on the part of the transfer team at Old Trafford.

Significantly, it is also suggested that the English international himself would be open to the prospect of a move to Manchester.
Tottenham, for their part, are understood to have made clear that the club’s star frontman will not be sold for any less than £85 million, a figure which may even increase for a direct Premier League rival.
But such demands do not appear to have discouraged the powers that be at Manchester United, who have ‘already started exploring the particulars attached to a potential move for Kane at the end of the season’.
